QUALITY OF PRODUCTION PROCESSES

ONNICAR has obtained the following certifications:

• QUALITY MANGAMENT SYSTEM ISO 9001:2015
  UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015 quality certification guarantees the correct execution of all production and commercial processes;
• QUALIFICATION FOR SERIES PRODUCTION RECOGNISED BY THE ITALIAN MINISTRY OF SUSTAINABLE INFRASTRUCTURE AND MOBILITY
  Italian Ministry of Infrastructure and Sustainable Mobility certifies our suitability for series-production by carrying out periodic checks at our facilities. This recognition allows Onnicar to carry out homologations of its own conversions thus guaranteeing the customer speed and simplification of the registration process.
• CERTIFICATIONS BY VEHICLES MANUFACTURERS IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE GUIDELINES ON VEHICLES CONVERSION
  ONNICAR operates in full compliance with the Car Manufacturers guidelines at all stages of the conversion, following all the relevant prescriptions. Periodic checks carried out by the Car Manufacturers attest to the quality of our design, production and conversion, as well as the efficiency of our After-Sales Service.

QUALITY OF PRODUCTS

• DEKRA DIN EN 12640 certification guarantees the correct design of anchoring devices for safe transport. The anchoring eyelets distributed in pairs on the loading surface allow correct anchoring of the transported goods and are certified to contain 800 kg per couple.
• DEKRA DIN EN 12642 CODE XL certification guarantees that the side- panels and their locking systems are suitable for containing the transported loads, in compliance with Italian Highway Code Article 164.

Even in dangerous situations generated by not well anchored loads, the side-panels and locking systems are designed in such a way as to prevent the load from spilling onto the road.
